Sven Konopka: councillor and external IT support
Dual role
Sven Konopka is a councillor for the Volt group and is also responsible, as a self-employed service provider, for IT support at the group office, for 15 hours a month.
Recusal
Sven Konopka has contractually undertaken not to take part in deliberations and decisions concerning his own engagement and to abstain from voting on them. The matter was disclosed to the co-opted members and the group leadership and discussed at a group meeting before any engagement took place.
