Domplatz Dialogue on shaping the heart of Münster

From the council caucus period (2020–2025)

The city is currently engaged in a planning process to develop the Domplatz, including the Pferdegasse, into a place fit for the future. Various stakeholders are involved, including local residents and specialist experts, as well as representatives of the administration and of local politics.

The draft ideas and sketches developed so far will now be presented to the wider public as part of the “Domplatz Dialogue #muensters.mitte.machen”. This event gives all interested citizens the opportunity to find out about the current plans on site, to talk to the planners and to contribute their own suggestions.

“It is wonderful to see at first hand how local politics can change the city for the better. A dead spot in the city is becoming a space for relaxation, encounters and experiences,” says councillor Martin Grewer.

We in the Volt council group are delighted about this opportunity and welcome everyone who takes it up and joins us in making Münster more liveable and fit for the future!

The “Domplatz Dialogue” takes place on the Domplatz from 23 to 27 August 2024.
